Form and payment still must be mailed in to guarantee your place in class.

REGISTRATIONS

  1. A separate and completed Registration form must be submitted for each student. Please print clearly!
  2. Registrations received by the due date and with payments (FPA) will be given first priority admission.
  3. Registrations received without payments (SPA) by the due date will be held for acceptance until the first day of class.
  4. All Registrations must be paid by the first class (TPA) unless prior arrangements have been made.
  5. Registrations received and accepted after the due date (XPA) will be assessed a $10. late fee.
  6. Even if you informed us online to “Save a Space 4” a completed REGISTRATION must be received by the due date.
  7. Classes fill quickly so please register today! Mail your REGISTRATION to:
